Following your appointment, we will send you a monthly statement explaining your services as well as confirmation of insurance filing. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks; however it is helpful if you contact them periodically to check on the status of your claim. Please call our office anytime if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, or with any other questions about your care with us.
